22:24 제자들 사이에서 누구를 제일 높게 볼 것이냐는 문제로 옥신각신하는 것을 보시고
22:25 예수께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “이 세상의 왕들은 강제로 백성을 다스린다. 그리고 백성들에게 권력을 휘두르는 사람들은 백성의 은인으로 행세한다. 22:26 그러나 너희는 그래서는 안 된다. 오히려 너희 중에서 제일 높은 사람은 제일 낮은 사람처럼 처신해야 하고 지배하는 사람은 섬기는 사람처럼 처신해야 한다. 22:27 식탁에 앉은 사람과 심부름하는 사람 중에 어느 편이 더 높은 사람이냐? 높은 사람은 식탁에 앉은 사람이 아니냐? 그러나 나는 심부름하는 사람으로 여기에 와 있다.”
22:24 Also a dispute arose among them as to which of them was considered to be greatest. 22:25 Jesus said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles lord it over them; and those who exercise authority over them call themselves Benefactors.22:26 But you are not to be like that. Instead, the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.22:27 For who is greater, the one who is at the table or the one who serves?
